How to delete your account

1. Sign in at achieve-all.com
2. Open Settings from the menu under your username
3. Scroll to Delete account
4. Type DELETE to confirm, then press the button

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. If you can't sign in, email support@achieve-all.com from the address on the account and we'll delete it for you within 30 days.

What gets deleted

All of the following is erased immediately and permanently:

• Your profile: username, email address, date of birth, bio, avatar and banner images
• Linked gaming accounts and their identifiers (Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Riot, RetroAchievements)
• Your synced achievement and trophy history, and your Mastery Score
• Community posts, comments and likes
• Direct messages you have sent
• Follows, friends, blocks and joined communities
• Notifications and activity feed entries
• Your sign-in credentials

What is kept, and for how long

• Payment and invoice records — held by our payment processor (Stripe) and retained for 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires for financial administration. We never store your card details.
• Abuse and moderation reports you were the subject of — retained up to 12 months so that repeat abuse can be acted on. These are stored without your profile data.
• Server and error logs — automatically discarded within 90 days.
• Achievement rarity data — statistics about games, not about you. These contain no personal information and are kept indefinitely.
