Who is responsible

AchieveAll is operated by ACHCOM, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands (KVK 42137954, VAT NL005526180B39). ACHCOM is the data controller and can be reached at support@achieve-all.com.

What we collect

Account data: email address, username, password (stored hashed by our authentication provider). Linked platform data: identifiers and tokens you provide when connecting gaming accounts (e.g. Steam ID, PlayStation token, Xbox gamertag, Riot ID, RetroAchievements username), and the game, achievement and trophy data those platforms return. Content you create: posts, comments, messages, profile customizations. Technical data: anonymous page-view analytics and the time of your last activity.

How we use it

To operate the service: displaying your profile, computing scores, showing feeds, delivering messages and notifications, and processing Pro subscriptions. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Where it lives

Data is stored with Supabase (database and authentication) and the site is hosted on Vercel. Payments, when active, are processed by Stripe — card details never touch our servers. Anonymous analytics are provided by Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.

Third-party requests

When you link a platform, we request your data from that platform's API (Valve, Sony, Microsoft, Riot Games, RetroAchievements). Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policies. Platform tokens are used only to fetch your data and can be removed by disconnecting the platform.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie: your login session. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data. Disconnecting a platform removes its token; deleting your account removes your profile, content and stored platform data. For any data request, contact support@achieve-all.com. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced on the site.
