Terms of Service

1. The service

AchieveAll ("we", "us") is a platform at achieve-all.com that lets you display gaming achievements from accounts you link (such as Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Riot Games and RetroAchievements) on a single profile, and interact with other users through feeds, communities and messages. The service is provided as-is and may change, break, or be discontinued at any time.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use AchieveAll. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may only link gaming accounts that belong to you. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable use

Don't harass other users, post unlawful or hateful content, impersonate others, attempt to access data that isn't yours, disrupt the service, or use automation to scrape or spam. We moderate content and may remove it at our discretion.

4. Pro subscription and trials

Pro is an optional paid tier that unlocks cosmetic and convenience features. Promotional trials may be offered and end automatically. When paid subscriptions are active, billing is handled by our payment provider; you can cancel anytime and keep Pro until the end of the paid period. Cosmetic settings are retained but hidden if a subscription lapses. Prices may change with notice.

EU/EEA consumers: you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting a paid subscription you request immediate delivery of the service and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been fully delivered for the billing period; where it applies, we will refund the unused portion. To exercise withdrawal or request a refund, contact support@achieve-all.com within 14 days of purchase.

5. Third-party platforms

Achievement data comes from third-party services (Valve, Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, Riot Games, RetroAchievements and others). We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and cannot guarantee the availability or accuracy of their data. All game titles, artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AchieveAll is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. Sections that by their nature survive termination (such as liability limits) survive.

8. Who you are contracting with

AchieveAll is operated by ACHCOM, a sole proprietorship registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 42137954, VAT number NL005526180B39, based in the Netherlands. Contact: support@achieve-all.com.

9. Changes and contact
